Mawrter Musing

It's a jouncing joy-ride…

Author Sketch

  • the first name of whom is Hebrew, originally male, and holds the meaning “To Exalt and To Honor”.

I am part of the 2014-2015 cadre of Banter Bloggers at Bryn Mawr College (for a current list, see here). Now, I  was raised in the Deep South of Birmingham, Alabama. As the nineteen year old daughter of two delightfully spunky Liberian immigrants, their spunk and verve have naturally rubbed off on me. What being a Southern, Liberian-American means is that I ask people I have never met before questions and that I have learned to paint life in bright colors.

Currently, I major in International Studies with a French and Francophone Studies minor at Bryn Mawr College. I am a lifelong reader and writer and, wherever I eventually end up, I know these loves will somehow be involved!

So that’s me. There are infinitely many more things I could include. At present, however, I will just consider this description sufficient.

Cheerfully,

Zubin C. Hill
